that means you need to win 100 seats in the house and all 15 democrat seats in the senate and you need coleman to beat franken.

> it aint goin happen. It might, if the GOP decided, on a partywide and nationwide basis, that no RINOs would be candidates in the next election -- i.e., that conservative GOP'ers would be the only candidates.
I'm not saying that's going to happen. And even if it were done, there's no 100% guarantee that it would work as hoped. But hell, it sure would be nice to see conservatism tried, just once.

Yep, and ONLY the Congress can initiate a spending bill.
He can veto, and the House could simply NOT send another bill. Not a single one.
