I thought you would find good use for this ping... I am still chaffing at being told by someone I had respected that I was “insane” for seeing what this man has in mind for this country.

The only insanity is that what we see him capable of is only
a small percentage of what he will attempt.

LOL! I’m experiencing the same treatment...and this from highly cerebral posters we’ve known for years.

That “Domestic Security Force answering to Homeland Security...with all the power of the US military”...is what really makes my stomach churn.

Einstein showed us that time is relative, so how long would the people be okay with a ‘suspension’ of their ‘rights?’

I see no one responded to your post of the video. I did and still do believe we are dealing with our equivalent of Hitler and a equally compliant society.

Less than a heartbeat here.

I’m with you, AC.

Seems we’ve agreed on virtually every event and crisis except illegal immigration. ;^)

....and I forgive you completely for that! LOL!

Disobedience to tyrants is obedience to God.

Yes, as long as it is respectful disobedience, committed with the full intention of submission to the consequences of disobedience.

Believe me, I would have been anything but respectful to Herr Hitler.

The “consequences” should be delivered to the tyrants as “respectfully” and effectively as possible.

The quote is from Thomas Jefferson.

We watched Glen Beck last night - with his “worst case scenarios”. Two ex-military guys would NOT answer if they thought the military would fire on peaceful citizens. Made us think that the military would JOIN the insurrection. Praying the “worst case” doesn’t come close to being.

Someone I respected is pretty liberal - until the election, we just agreed to disagree. I stifle myself when I hear her say that Obama “inspires” her. GAG ME!! Lunches are few and far between now.
