Is it real? If so, do you know the story behind it?
I don't know. I got it in an email. It looks too perfectly staged to be real. I think the perp is wearing a protective suit because his arms look really big, though he doesn't appear to be wearing anything on his head, so I just don't have a good feel for it. Also, the people who rush in seem to be too perfectly placed. I believe it's a training exercise.
The dog portion of it appears to be real though. That's one heck of a dog! I'm sure they expected him to go around the car and take the guy by the arm or leg. Training or no training, that dog deserves a T-bone and a cool bowl of water.
