Where are the civil liberties groups? and where are the “abortion rights activists?” If, as they claim, abortion is a “medical procedure,” then the government will have records of all of them.
I bet abortion gets exempted, somehow. So we can save Grandma’s life if somewhow we label the medical treatment she needs as an abortion of some kind.

Don’t think for a minute that this health care rationing applies only to senior citizens. It applies to everyone. For example: A woman who gets a certain kind of breast cancer that is chemo resistant, has a 30% survival rate to live more than five years. The cost vs life expectancy rate would deny that woman treatment because the chances of living more than five years are just not worth the money. The same thing could be said about your child with a malignant brain tumor, or certain types of leukemia, muliple myeloma, and pancreatic cancer, both would not be treated, and research would be halted.

The reason is that, contrary to popular belief, the AMA is no longer an organization which represents the interests of the nation's private medical practitioners.
It would rather collect massive receipts from sale of its coding software which government will mandate for single payer electronic billing from all doctor's offices (and hospitals). In other words, the AMA has been living well at the expense of the doctors it claims to represent, and stands to improve its finances even more as the left pushes toward mandated electronic single payer billing requiring AMA-copyrighted software.
