1) It is a very serious problemespecially now that Rahm Emanuel has moved the Census Bureau to the White House!

As a former student and just out of the Navy, I once worked for the Census Bureau. There is a tremendous amount of slop in those numbers. Although not a Spanish speaker, I participated in the count of the Latino non-respondents in the 1970 Census among the new Cuban population that had arrived in Miami after Fidel. I'd never heard of the Census Bureau's practice of "curb-stoning" and lost some weight, got a tan, and learned a lot of Spanish.

2) I expect the Census Bureau's practice of "curb-stoning" will produce sufficient population numbers to gerrymander America's House voting districts to give the Neo-Marxists unstoppable power. :-(
3) I own three houses separated by a minimum of 300 milesand received three different Census forms. Remember, the Census was instituted by The Founders! To test the veracity of the 2000 Census, I faked all the answers on the 2000 Census questionnaire, placing a single family of 15 "Mezquitoes" (one of several native-Mexican groups) in my 620 square foot mobile home.
Nothing came of it!
