US citizens don’t have standing.

We need to get a Kenyan to file the suit.

It’s pretty clear their aim is to overcount Blacks, Latinos and other pro-Dim minorities (including illegals), and undercount patriotic, pro-Republican American Whites. This is part of the Dims plan to turn this Nation over to the Minorities. America will become an atheistic, Communist Islamic Republic ruled by the minorities.

Sadly, impeachment is not possible with the current Congress. Articles of impeachment must originate in the House of Representatives and there is no way that Pelosi would allow that - especially for something that she would heartily approve of since it increases her own power. Furthermore, if articles of impeachment were to make it out of the House, the Senate would never vote to remove the Chosen One from office.

That situation is what gives me such a helpless feeling right now. Although most of the Republicans are doing their best, they simply do not have the votes to stop this power grab by the Democrats. The only hope that we have is that the American people continue to let their Senators and Representatives know how they feel about what is going on. The only thing that these "Congress critters" care about is their own re-election and obtaining as much power as they can. If they think that the "sheeple" object to what is going on enough to endanger their re-election, they might think twice before they rubber-stamp some of Obama's attempts to create a permanent Democrat majority.

Zero himself is being used. He’s NOT smart enough to come up with half of this stuff himself. We’re fighting forces far bigger than he...

Maybe someone should start a Congessional White Caucus. Or maybe a NAAWP.

Everyone needs to learn that discrimination is a two way street.

I’ve emailed my congressman many times asking that all questions pertaining to race be removed from all government documents. Still waiting for an answer... (crickets chirping).

This a kind of libtard coup managed with the crisis!

And a coup must be stopped by all means available...
Peacefully...if possible BUT “all the options are on the table”

This coup ,kind of “soft” untold revolution by fraud, could have worldwide consequences strengthening the power of liberal-fascism and islamo-fascism in the world...

It’s about time for fighting

I’m not that sure Obama has been thinking that far ahead yet on this. He nominates a token Conservative in what I believe he thought was a fairly innocuous post, for the purpose of claiming bipartisanship while he shoves the far left agenda down our throats. Except that, oh, oh, his far left friends point out that every ten years, Commerce Secretary is an important cabinet post and they don’t like his appointment. So, to have it both ways, he announces, “no problem, I’ll just put the census under the direction of the White House” without checking little details like the Constitution.

I agree that Obama is doing everything he can to grab power but I think his movements here have been largely incompetence and damage control for that incompetence. Had the power grab been serious form the get-go, he never would have nominated a Republican for the post. The press and his supporters like to tout Obama as a Constitutional Professor but I believe his teaching career consisted of teaching race relations courses. His familiarity with the Constitution (and his respect) are totally lacking.

I think Bambi would have nominated a Republican regardless of his plans, because he doesn’t really work through his Cabinet members anyway. Virtually every department now has a “czar” who was personally appointed by him, was never examined or approved by Congress, and reports to him directly. The person theoretically in charge of the department is just a figure head. And Gregg, in any case, is fairly weak by nature and is certainly not going to stand up to Obama.

Things are not going well for him because he is moving so rapidly that it is actually beginning to scare people and they are getting wind of his real ideas. He used to do this on the campaign trial, too, occasionally blurting out what he really wanted to do or really thought, which then required major damage control. In addition, I think his personal missteps, which usually focus around his petulant, no-class and immature personality, are somewhat obscuring the fact that this is all very carefully planned.

The question is, by whom? Obama isn’t smart enough to plan it but is dogmatic enough and sociopathic enough to carry it out; Rahm is probably behind some things, but he’s more of an enforcer than anything else. So that leaves perhaps some Chicago political forces, like Bill Ayers or Bernardine Dohrn. Believe me, they don’t care in the least about the Constitution. And then of course, another question is where the money is coming from.

In any case, this census move really makes my hair stand on end. Controlling the population figures gives them control over enormous amounts of money and also the power to make sure their party stays in power forever by a little creative redistricting.

I will agree that, whatever the motivation, the takeover of the census is absolutely scary. The Dems have gotten away with corrupting so much of government while still claiming government is a panacea that they may, as you indeed noted, have overplayed their hand. I am just a run-of-the-mill citizen who tries to mind her own business and do their civic duty but, within the past little while, I have come to seriously distrust the integrity of elections, any belief that tax laws are enforced in an even-handed manner, the lawmaking process in Washington DC, crowd counts at public events, vetting processes for public posts. Now, I am not naive and have distrusted government for a long time but I do think Obama’s swift power grabs have seriously undermined his ability to demand “sacrifices” from us while he takes whatever he wants. People are becoming cynical, not just around the kitchen table, but in public, in their actions. Our nation depends on a citizenry who can trust their government and otherwise things fall apart rather quickly into anarchy and then towards tyranny. And Obama seems right at home in tyranny mode.

Forces far bigger than “HE”

It’s worth fighting this fight! Good fight against liberal-fascism !
Some could join from Europe and from the once “free-world”

Power flows from an accurate Census Count.

This is a very naive view.

Anyone who thinks there will be a "count" that is in line with the Constitution is mistaken. Watch for statistical sampling and estimation, regardless of the explicit Constitutional wording.

I have always felt that the takeover plan was in place - perhaps Ayers’ plan (remember, he was a disciple of Alinsky, who was famous for his strategic plans), perhaps somebody else’s. I really don’t think they expected Obama to win, initally, and Obama probably wouldn’t have won without two factors, the selection by the GOP of a very weak candidate and, most of all, the enthusiastic support of the press and the mass media. It was a dream come true. (Or a nightmare, from our point of view.)

So suddenly they found themselves with a completely inexperienced, unqualified and somewhat unpredictable person installed in the White House and ready to carry out their plans. And this is what he’s doing, but I think the very speed with which it happened somewhat threw them (whoever they are) off their stride and is making them commit errors. The question, of course, is whether their errors will have any impact on their ultimate success.

As long as the press is on their side, either out of hero-worship or out of fear, I think Barry and friends are going to manage to ride it out. I fear we are facing some very dire times.

According to a traditional christian theology TYRANY can rightfully be stopped by citizens even by force!
Cause tyrany destroys law, freedoms and founding values...

WALKYRIE the last film about a famous plot to overthrow Hitler is totally appropriate for our times.

Hitler/Lenin with a smiling mediatic face...Sounds familiar?

He might well ride it out but if he keeps talking down the economy and thereby destroys the middle class, I can see some take to the streets like the welfare class does now. The key to riding out storms like this is keeping a significant and powerful section of the citizenry busy and at least minimally happy. ACORN is powerful but it couldn’t hold a candle to an organizations of incensed professionals, non-union workers and business owners whose livelihoods have been destroyed by Obama.

(Now, I probably won’t be able to respond to anything further for a few hours. Need to get a little more sleep before a busy day tomorrow, uh today. Dang! First meeting begins at 7:30 am. Nice chatting with you.)
