I don’t see that either, but in the article is this. If they are not being sent here, why do we need to address it with our immigration law? The Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 isn't our immigration law.

Oh, don’t pick nits...you know what I mean. Is not migration and refugee assistance part of our immigration system?
The bit we were offered by the author looks like $$$ assistance only, not bring refugees here as well.
