“And I will always be honored to carry a title that means more to me than any other: citizen of the United States of America. And so, my fellow Americans, for the final time: Good night. May God bless this house and our next President. And may God bless you and our wonderful country.”

Yes, I also heard President Bush give his final address. When he said “citizen of the United States of America” I was wishing he had said “natural born citizen of the United States of America”. The reason being, President Bush IS a “natural born” citizen since he was born on US soil to two parents who are citizens.

But Barack Hussien Obama aka Barry Soetoro? Born in Hawaii? Maybe, maybe not...who knows? Born of two parents who are/were US citizens? His mother was, his father was not a US citizen. So, no matter where Obama was born, he is not a “natural born” citizen due to his father. If he was actually born on US soil...like Hawaii, then he is a citizen just not “natural born” citizen.
