It seems to me that there is a hole in the Constituion in this particular situation. Assume for a moment that Obama is not a natural-born citizen, and is therefore not qualified to serve as President of the United States of America...

Who enforces this?

The Supreme Court could refuse to swear him in, but that would be neglecting their duty. It might cause a ruckus for a little while, but I'm sure they'd find someone willing to swear him in, and in a big hurry. And if he wasn't sworn in "in public" they could always claim some "emergency" and later tell us it was done in a "private ceremony" - so there is nothing the SC can do to prevent the swearing-in from happening.
So he will be sworn in. Now, again assuming he is not eligible, an actual crime has occurred. But he's officially the President, so he has to be impeached to be removed - and the Democrat-controlled House and Senate will not do that (under any circumstances)
But - again assuming he is not eligible - since the sitting President would be an usurper, arguably impeachment is not necessary and he could just be summarily arrested. But by whom? That duty would fall to the executive branch, which is controlled by...the President! Biden could theoretically claim authority and have it done, but of course he wouldn't do that to the man that gave him the job in the first place.

So there we have it: three strikes, and we're out of options.

Supreme court can’t enforce laws. The only thing they could have done was to refuse to swear him in and its too late for that.

No, the Supreme Court is going to have fun with this. They are going wait until he is sworn in and then annouce their findings and let the Adminstrative Branch deal with it because that branch is the one in charge of enforcing laws.

Problem is it will be after the swearing in and I doubt if anything can be done.

Best mode of attack is to have about 5 million march on DC every day untill he leaves the office.

We have to take back the government before its too late.

If Barry’s not a citizen..We the People should have a lawsuit to recourse to, against the DNC for perpetrating a fraud....and I do believe the Supreme Court might find a way to hear that...rather than risk a Second Ammnedment solution.

Obama also knows that he entered the US illegally, and has never been naturalized.

Obama also knows that he is a Muslim for life -- the Christian claim is typical Muslim taqiyya. When Obama implements his plan to "reboot the US's image in the Muslim world," he'll be in standby mode.
