Like all good third world criminal thugs, the incoming leftist administration is wasting no time in their rush to make certain that only they and career criminals have the right to bear arms
Contrary to the lefts hunter-friendly support of the Second Amendment, that little constitutional clause does not exist for the purpose of hunting and target practice. It exists for just the sort of occasion we find ourselves in today
As you can now see, our federal government is well down the road of becoming increasingly destructive of these ends. Life, liberty and the individual pursuit of happiness are all under constant daily attack, and it is going to get much worse real fast.

Go to Thomas.gov and check out HR 45. 45? How ironic is that?
see if this works
To provide for the implementation of a system of licensing for purchasers of certain firearms and for a record of sale system for those firearms, and for other purposes.
>>”Speak up NOW or forever hold your peace!”<<
How about “Speak up NOW and forever hold your piece”?
Didn’t know someone had posted in the blogger section, but this one demands more attention than anything gets in bloggers anyway!
Is the column link not working? This link doesn’t work...
If you don’t speak up now, you won;t have a “piece” to hold...

Concerning HR 45:
The netroots are really fast. Really crazy, but technologically savy and really fast.
But really stupid.

“Speak up NOW or forever hold your peace! “
You spelled piece wrong.
They are playing hide the pea.
Thanks for the link. I downloaded the .pdf, will print and read.
I hate legal speak, 26 pages long.
As usual they count on no one reading it.
FROM MY COLD DEAD FINGERS...
But here is the GPO PDF file of HR 45
That will work.
And so it begins. I shan't be licensing any of my firearms. And all but the two shotguns, which are pumps, are "qualifying firearms", even my 10/22 .22 rimfire rifle. (Handgun or any semi auto that can accept a detachable magazine..) Oh wait, maybe not the SKS, which has a fixed magazine. Some of those "California" AR designs would also qualify, the ones where your have to "break" open the gun to reload the fixed magazine would also pass muster under this bill.
Notice they want more information to exercise a Constitutional right than B. Hussein has provided to become the guy with his finger on the nuclear trigger. .

And the sponoser is former Black Panther leader Bobby Rush. Oh how very special. Another Chicago Way action.
