Buckle up, rough road ahead...
As it looks to me, Obama is creating a shadow government with these ‘Czars’. First, he picks former Clintonites, who should not have trouble with Congressional approval, for the cabinet. Then he creates these parallel Czars which do not need Congressional approval. It is these unapproved radical czars who will be making the real policy while the Clintonites provide the cover. Basically, he’s doubling the bureacracy at the top while disguising how radical he’s going.
