Show me a ‘truth’, and I will be very interested. I just don’t see any ‘truth’ or convincing facts.

Here's a truth. Obama's COLB should have a 2007 style Seal impressed into it, but the Seal on Obama's COLB looks nothing like the real Seal for 2007. What it does resemble are the Seals used on 2006 and 2008 COLBs. meaning that Obama's COLB should not have the wrong Seal on it.

I’m pretty handi with links, but those imaginary ones are beyond me ... LOL ‘Try this link’ and there’s not a link? Your fingers and brain are as tired as mine, apparently.

Yeah, could be.

I was looking through the Journals and there’s been an obvious removal of everything but the table of contents.

The PDFs that list hundreds to thousands of pages in the index only end up being 2 pages for each — everything else was “stripped” or removed.

Seal is on the back...this has already been addressed by several people-front copy. This is how Hawaii does it. Factcheck.org says this too.

Insult- a method used against those that disagree with you.

My point is valid as is yours...I post on threads which interest me. If start a thread expecting all to agree with you...then you must not have started many threads because it rarely happens.

I’ve been here long enough to know the definition of troll...so no worries. The question is why can’t you refute an argument with people who disagree with you without the insults and rage?

It is my opinion that if SCOTUS had serious intentions, they would not wait this long. In the Gore/Bush situation, they issued an emergency stay almost immediately. The second date 1-16-98 is very telling...four days before the inauguration. I do not believe SCOTUS will do anything. I’ve watched the court for years...fascinating. They don’t like to get involved in elections first of all which is why everyone was surprised in 2000. I just don’t see it happening. I have no crystal ball, but I would be very surprised...Now I thought in December it was a possibility, but we saw how that was handled.

Show me where any facts have been posted? I believe someone posted about the seal...but it’s on the back so a copy could say nothing about this.

Sure I’ve heard it...but the place of birth is still given-not Hawaii so? From website concerning foreign birth. This would be part of his birth certificate were he foreign born.

CERTIFICATE OF CITIZENSHIP ISSUED BY THE IMMIGRATION AND NATURALIZATION SERVICE

A person, who acquired United States citizenship through birth abroad to a U.S. citizen parent(s) or who acquired U.S. citizenship by derivative naturalization, may apply for a Certificate of Citizenship under the provisions of Section 341 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Application for this document may be made in the United States to the nearest office of the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services in the Department of Homeland Security. Upon approval, a Certificate of Citizenship will be issued in the name of the subject, but only if that person is in the United States. Obtaining this certificate involves presentation of basically the same documentation required to obtain a Consular Report of Birth. Under law, the Consular Report of Birth and the Certificate of Citizenship are equally acceptable as proof of citizenship.

I don’t know about the bird ranking after 20 years, but you are totally wrong about the Ready Reserve:

http://usmilitary.about.com/od/airforce/l/blafrc.htm

Reserve Categories:

Ready Reserve. The Ready Reserve is made up of about 132,574 trained reservists who may be recalled to active duty to augment active forces in time of war or national emergency. Of this number, 70,118 reservists are members of the Selected Reserve who train regularly and are paid for their participation in unit or individual programs. These reservists are combat ready and can deploy to anywhere in the world in 72 hours.

“Additionally, 62,456 are part of the Individual Ready Reserve. Members of the IRR continue to have a service obligation, but do not train and are not paid. They are subject to recall if needed.”

No. You cannot both retire and be a member of the IRR. You may leave active duty and become a member of the IRR. However, law then requires that you serve at least six years in the Reserves to be eligible for retirement as a Reservist. Reserve pensions are approx. 1/3 of pensions for people leaving active duty. No one would make such a decision.

***It says that squarely — someone who was born abroad. That means such a person would not be naturally born per the constitutional eligibility requirements of the presidency and yet still have a CoLB. And since the one fed to the media by Obama is a forgery, his eligibility is properly called into question. Not that this will make much difference to a troll like you, but the lurkers will appreciate the information.
