Although I'm a staunch Republican, I'm glad that Gov. Lingle is the lead defendant in Allan Keyes' suit. It's obvious that she has been stonewalling on the issue of the release of the birth certificate, seeking to hide under the guise of the Hawaii state privacy act.

She should have realize that appropriate implementation of the US Constitution (which she is sworn to uphold), which this case raises, takes precedence over whatever alleged privacy protection Obama enjoys under that state statute. Moreover, if Obama authorized the release of a (fraudulent) Hawaii birth document, it could be condended that he has waived any privacy protection in his birth information which he may have enjoyed. Plus, as the state's chief executive, Gov. Lingle should have recognized the fraudulent use of a state document by Obama's campaign and asked for a state criminal investigation if such an act is a state crime.

It's about time that public officials are called to account in the courtrooms of America when they participate in coverups of frauds and other crimes - even coverups protecting members of another political party, no matter what office that public official holds and no matter what office the person being protected holds or seeks to hold.

It makes sense that Obama sought out aid for foreign students at Occidental college since he has admitted to being a Kenyan citizen up to August 4th, 1982.

I wonder if he applied as a foreigner at Harvard?

Here's the addy as best I could copy it down. What you're searching for is the record of application and appropriation for foreign aide/tuition for a foreign student named Soetoro. Lolo's father obtained this in 1963, according tot he same records search guide. Interesing avenue of thought. Hitler also hid much of his background and real beliefs, creating a public persona that was very different from the private or real one. “The Pink Swastika” (online) by Scott Lively and Kevin Abrams sheds a lot of light on the beginnings and foundation of the roots of the Nazi Party and Hitler himself, as does “Hidden Hitler” by Lothar - oops, can’t remember his last name, a German historian. But the German public certainly had no idea of who Hitler really was, his private beliefs, statements and habits.
