As an illustration of how far the standard for Senators has fallen
just among Democrats, consider this:
1979 2009
NY Daniel Patrick Moynihan Chuck Schumer
MN Hubert H. Humphrey Al Franken
WA Henry "Scoop" Jackson Patty Murray
MA Paul Tsongas John Kerry
NJ Bill Bradley Frank Lautenberg
MI Donald W. Riegle, Jr. Debbie Stabenow

Al Franken is a small frustrated person with an inferiority complex You have NO IDEA how right you are. I've seen him walking around a movie set. He has serious insecurities that have puffed up his ego to Godzilla proportions. He is disgusting.

"You have NO IDEA how right you are." I'm fairly certain I do. I've never been on a movie set with with Franken but I have dealt with irrational people in the past so I know one when I see one. What scares me is nut jobs like him are soon going to be in control.
