My guess is the majority of surveys, studies etc. prove whatever the survey taker wants to prove.

What these ideological "surveys" routinely conceal is that the benefit of such pledges is a delay in onset of sexual activity. With a five or six year followup of fifteen year olds for example, the age of onset of sexual acitivity may differ by several years, a major improvement for teens, but obscured and denied by these advocates of teenage promiscuity.

The important question remains unexamined, which is why do these sweaty adults have such a prurient interest in getting teens to get it on.
