Are you referring to the terms "Jew" and "Noachide?"
A Jew is someone who was born to a Jewish mother or who converts Halakhically to Judaism. Technically a Noachide is everyone else. All non-Jews are Noachides, bound by the Seven Laws of the Sons of Noach. However, non-Jews who identify as Noachides are a very small minority.

You might not have had doubt but you also have a complete and total lack of factual evidence to backup your assertion.
But I would like to ask you as well - why do you consider it wrong to be civil to someone who has been civil to you?
