We've heard such things before ~ most often it's just a matter of hearing something you want to hear, or think you might hear, or to get a refund ~ variety of motives are possible, but it's the listener not the doll.
We had an old 45RPM record that would jump a track and say "That's What's Happening Chicken" ~ otherwise it was a song about "My Little Red Wagon". We played that thing until the groves wore down and then it started saying "hssss, hssss, hssss, hssss, hummmmm, hssss".

Exactly. I can’t hear those words in this unless I force myself to make the words out. Just hearing this it sounds like a bunch of garbled sounds.
