The SC denied them because it is Congress' duty to raise an objection--l member of Congress + l senator; the cases have been brought to the SC to make the court fully aware of 0' total concealment of pertinent records, especially his birth cert. The Court can only act when Congress raises the question of elibility.

0 is not playing some silly game, there can't be anything so profoundly embarrassing that he could not have a true copy of the original to show the Court, out of public view. This man is a real mystery--and about to be President of the US.

Fox and Friends this morning reported that Caroline Kennedy hasn't released any of her financial papers either. She said she would release them AFTER she has been appointed. If it worked for Obama, then wouldn't it work for others too?
