Pandy, see Mr. Jazzy’s post #79. That’s why I think we all shouldn’t complain. Let’s not say anything about it. Maybe the programmer is a conservative. ;-)

budda is blocked as well but I didnt try other godsThat's interesting. I wonder if it is blocked if you spell it correctly? 'Buddha' FWIW the Buddha is not a "god." By his own words "I am just a man."

I just tried “Merry Christmas”, and I got, “Sorry, word blocked.” But it accepted “Happy Kwanzaa.” What are you doing differently?

I wouldn’t have any reason to watch Nickelodeon but if they support the Glowbull Warming/Climate Should Never Change garbage that’s reason enough to block the channel.

My kids had me try a few other words, and it appears Harry Potter and Star Wars are blocked, too. Go figure.

I followed your link and tried it again, and Merry Christmas was blocked for me again. Let us know what happens from your home computer.

I called before reading your post. What you go through to complain...I finally left a message & told them again why I won't let my child watch their stupid channel. I highly doubt they care nor pay attention. I also went looking for that English brat on youtube & can't find him either. Sassy is watching the history channel now more then any of the kid shows. I just can't take too much of them & so many are repeats. I hope never again to hear that Suite Life of Zack & Cody! Disney is driving me crazy too lol.

If someone is really determined, they can just split banned words into two or more unrecognizable parts creating text in different places on the screen and then click the move option and slide the boxes together to make one word. :)
To: TigersEye
Do you remember that horrid English brat blaming adults for global warming? I can’t find the darn thing.

Nickelodeon disappeared from our TV when I discovered they were MTV junior.
To: bloodmeridian
I just tried this from my home laptop, and the words "Merry Christmas" (and any variation thereof), "Jesus," "Pope" and "Blessed" were blocked.
I'll be registering my complaint.

I tried it in Firefox and Internet Explorer. “Christmas” is blocked.

No I don’t remember him. I don’t have kids (you know that) and I don’t watch kiddie shows. I can barely stand to watch History, Discovery or Nat. Geographic when they have a show on an interesting subject because of their blatant leftist propaganda. If I had my way the producers, directors, actors and “scientists” who blather their lefty BS on those supposedly scientific channels would be slathered in bacon grease and dropped on an ice floe in the middle of polar bear territory.

I can agree with that. However I linked you to that brat. He was so nasty & awful. That video has to be somewhere & I plan to somehow find it.

Wow; Thanks for the news, I just tried it out for myself.
Guess it’s time to disallow Nickelodeon at our house, too.

Are you trying to make me hate kids? ;^P
There is a reason minors can't legally make decisions for themselves.
