McCain doesn’t realize that most of the votes he got were votes for Sarah. He shows his true colors and illustrates why he was meant to lose last month. I think history will show that we deserved Obama because of complacency but we didn’t deserve to be lead by a scumbag because we are still a good nation at heart.

For those of us in the office and not watching TV, could you please give us a little background on what you are talking about???

Sarah issued a written statement exclusively to Fox, which was aired on Fox and Friends this morning. It was a formal response to McCain's decision not to formally endorse her for 2012.

Sarah was very gracious in her brief statement. She said that the 2012 presidential race is open, and that there are many great candidates for the office. She finished by saying that much can change in four years, and McCain was wise to wait a bit before making a selection. To paraphrase her conclusion, "that was the wise thing to do, and that's why we love him."

She really used those last five words. She's a great gal. Go Sarah!

Not only a scumbag but a blithering idiot.

When he took up for 0bama and said "he'd make a perfectly fine President", or something to that effect, he lost any hope he had to win.

Rush nailed it; the whole campaign was nothing but a concession speech.

Edit: The whole campaign was a concession speech EXCEPT for putting Sarah on the ticket. What he didn’t count on was that she wanted to win.

Can you imagine what this sleazeball would have done to the presidency and the country with this kind of attitude towards his vice president? He would have relegated VP Palin to ironing his shirts.

I'd love to see what's on McCain’s Blackberry but I'll bet he wouldn't want it shown. Joe The Plumber gave us a hint.

McCain should be getting down and kissing Sarah’s shoes - if not for his selection of her I believe he would have experienced a landslide loss. She certainly energized conservatives. Instead he stabs her in the back. Thanks a lot Johnny Mac. First you run a lackluster, listless, bloodless campiagn where you refused to take on your opponent’s weaknesses, and now you throw your former running mate under the bus. With party colleagues like these....

You know that kind of phraseology is used down south to describe imbeciles and idiots.

"yes he is a moron, but "that's why we love him". :-)

Where are all those FReepers who told me I must vote for McCain for the good of the Republican Party and the Country?

I wonder if it would have been better for the party and the country if McCain had chosen Lieberman for VP and lost the electoral vote 500-38? The only difference is that we would have probably lost at least a couple more senators and Obamugabe would have had full control of Congress. Would the party have paid attention to a beating like that, or would they have taken the lesson the 'Rats took from Mondale losing and picked a Dukakis?

I am beyond tired of viewer emails. Everyone has an opinion and that’s all these shows have become. Opinion Central. Thank God for CMT in the morning with Alan Jackson and his Country Boys.

Shameless promotion of Caroline Kennedy on NBC this morning with JFK footage saying, “If I had a daughter, of course I’d encourage her to go into politics.” Anybody got a barf bag?

The New York Post even endorsed her. So much for vetting her
like,they did to Gov Palin.

Ok. So Mac said he couldn't endorse Sarah in 2012.

SO WHAT?

Would you want the endorsement of the LOSER, when you are trying to break away from the pack?

Get real people. Sarah does not need Johnny Mac.

She needs us. The ones who see her as she is, and know what she would bring to America as a whole.

Except for one or two stellar choices we had that went nowhere, the RNC powers-that-be handed us Mac.

WE cannot let that choice be dictated to us again.

I certainly said no such thing ;-) Truth be told, I'm not that crazy about Gov. Palin at this point either. Although, I didn't see her on F&F this morning.
