You and others continue to avoid specifics.
Take a hypothetical - and likely - situation:
Its March 2009 and the birth certificate is legally off the table. All paths for redress have been explored and exhausted. What will you be doing?
Why do you think that anyone has to answer you as to specifically what they will do in what if scenerios?
I have seen many things suggested already that I think are good alternative types of action in regards to this issue.
1. Join a grassroots movement that demands that this issue be addressed (in the future) to those who will be running for office in the Congress.
2. Continue to support legal action before the Court.
3. Continue to support grassroot movements that demand that current members of Congress address this issue.
4. Etc
.
Why do you think it is alright to render another part of Constitution as meaningless?
No one HAS to do anything. I'm merely responding to those who are challenging my patriotism etc.
The logical leaps I've seen here lately are staggering. How do you reach the conclusion that I think that part of the Constitution should be rendered meaningless? You use a false premise and refuse to consider the more than likely possibility that you're simply wrong.
