Anyone want to guess which idiotbloggers are taking part in these nirth certifikit conference calls?
Each week a small group of people running websites and blogs dedicated to the story participate in a conference call to discuss the latest news and how to advance the story. Between 5 and 10 people call in, most of whom know little about each other except for their shared interest in Obamas citizenship.
One of the frequent participants in the conference calls is Bob Schultz, who heads the We the People Foundation which has raised tens of thousands of dollars raising questions about Obamas background and promoting Bergs legal action with full-page ads in the Washington Times, Chicago Tribune and the conservative newspaper Human Events. The group is now eyeing buys in the New York Post and USA Today.
Schultzs Web site, which had previously been dedicated to promoting Rep. Ron Pauls (R-Texas) insurgent presidential campaign, hosts an array of documents and web videos offering conflicting arguments - that Obama was born outside of the United States, or that he lost his citizenship upon moving to Indonesia with his mother and step father and then must have re-entered the United States illegally.
To those of you still clinging desperately to the hope that this story will be a magic bullet that disqualifies Obama from being president: doesnt it bother you just a little bit that youre joining forces with Paulians and 9/11 Truthers?

Anyone here know who Greg Oden is? He’s the 20yr old basketball ‘superstar’ that looks to be 40 years old.
The guy could run for president and no one would question his age.
That’s why you look into these things.
Never read green football, now I know why.
Yeah - you’re pretty brave - stamping your feet in a very conservative forum. What a man!
Yes, it does. But even a broken clock is right twice a day...
The D'Onforio suit is the latest and greatest example. BO is not a citizen because his father was Kenyan, and this is settled law and everyone knows it. Yet if you go through the hundreds of posts on the BC posted before the election, not one of these constitutional scholars posted this opinion, it only mattered that he was born in Kenya, or that his mother and step-father moved to Indonesia and "renounced" his citizenship. It is getting tiring.
Whats it to you? No one is forcing you to read them. If you dislike them, ignore them. No one is forcing anyone on FR to read about Obamas citizenship. Again, I have to ask, why do you care? Do you want Obama to be president?
Good luck with that...
You and others continue to avoid specifics.
Take a hypothetical - and likely - situation:
Its March 2009 and the birth certificate is legally off the table. All paths for redress have been explored and exhausted. What will you be doing?
Why do you think that anyone has to answer you as to specifically what they will do in what if scenerios?
I have seen many things suggested already that I think are good alternative types of action in regards to this issue.
1. Join a grassroots movement that demands that this issue be addressed (in the future) to those who will be running for office in the Congress.
2. Continue to support legal action before the Court.
3. Continue to support grassroot movements that demand that current members of Congress address this issue.
4. Etc
.
Why do you think it is alright to render another part of Constitution as meaningless?
This has about the same weight as the arguments made against George W. Bush, that he went AWOL on his National Guard service in some manner, “fake but accurate”.
They may or may not come out better than Dan Rather, so far as their reputations go. But obama is going to be in the Oval Office, come January 20, 2009. And it is going to resemble the regime of the “Former Occupant of the Oval Office, 1993-2001”, to a remarkable degree.
I really do see the coming balkanization of the Untied States. And that may not be a bad thing.
Re my #43: I had not read down to yours yet. Great minds think alike!
He cares because a few obnoxious jerks have been pushing this issue and trying to stomp on anyone who dissents. They’re also flooding the site with redundant posts.
Do you think it is alright for someone with dual citizenship to take the oath of President in the United States?
No one HAS to do anything. I'm merely responding to those who are challenging my patriotism etc.
The logical leaps I've seen here lately are staggering. How do you reach the conclusion that I think that part of the Constitution should be rendered meaningless? You use a false premise and refuse to consider the more than likely possibility that you're simply wrong.
Well that is what this issue is about, the Constitution and the natural born citizen clause. If you do care about the Constitution and its meaning then why are you posting an article ridiculing people who want this addressed?
No. Of course not.
I also think that a perjurer should not be allowed to remain in office.
But - when things don’t go the way they should, it’s time to roll up the sleeves and get in the trenches.
I think abortion is murder, but I don’t make dozens of posts about it. I get out and DO something.
Good luck, patriot! (Your image will undoubtedly be embossed on a coin one day)
I think they’re ridiculing the misdirection of energy and effort.
More libtard style of debate. Put words my mouth then ridicule me for them.
Pure brilliance in absence of an actual argument.
Now now - let’s be nice.
But I must admit - I lol’d!
We can increase the publics awareness, if we can avoid or overcome being pigeoned holed as quacks by the media, the other lefties, and our own people who just want to give Obi a chance.
I think that in the Free Republic community the awarness of BO and his faults approaches 100%. Engaging in circular arguments thread after thread simply turns that awareness into mania. The public becomes aware when they are presented with our positions directly. If we wait for them to visit FR, what they'll find is an internecine bitchfest, which frankly allows us to be pigenholed as quacks, not so much by the media or the left, but by folks who would be otherwise strongly on our side. Like Charles Johnson.
We know he is lying. Anyone with a brain knows he is lying about everything. I don't know why some people just prefer to stick their heads in the sand when it comes to his citizenship, but they do. I guess they prefer pretending to themselves that everything will be ok. That Obama isn't really a hard core socialist and Muslim advocate. Strange that they, who have their heads in the sand, feel they have the standing to lecture us on what we should think and what is important.
