This story is just outrageous as the obviously politically correct Canadian government cannot even bring themselves to condemn the act of Saudi Arabia not allowing Jews or anyone who has traveled through Israel to enter their country.

Jews can go to Saudi Arabia. But not Israelis.
and where a star of David on their necks?
I don’t suggest doing that in public, or even telling too many strangers that you are Jewish, although there was video posted on youtube a while back of a Jew walking around a Saudi mall wearing kippah. I didn’t see this in person, so it may just have looked like a kippah from the video. But anyway, it was assumed to be kippah by the man filming him from above & assumed to be kippah from all the Saudis commenting on the video. Exactly half were supportive & half appalled. Comments ranging from “There is nothing wrong with Jews visiting” to “Kill all the Jews in the Gulf!) (But this was not a Gulf Jew, it was a Western Jew.)
I’m really proud of that Jew showing his Jewishness & refusing to act like there is something to be ashamed of.
But if half were supportive, that’s only half of Saudis on youtube who watched this video & bothered to leave a comment. I’m sure half of Saudis in general are not supportive.
What, no “APARTHEID” against Saudi Apartheidia
Before February 2004, the official website of the Saudi Supreme Commission for Tourism stated that visas would be denied to “Jewish people”. This language was removed after a complaint was lodged against the government by a US Government representative, who suggested that the US should not issue visas to Saudi nationals until the Saudi government reversed its decision to bar members of certain religious groups from entry. The Saudi government subsequently changed the language on their Web site. A Saudi government official was quoted as saying that the exclusion mentioned on the Web site was “a mistake”, and stated that the kingdom would not deny visas to anyone on the basis of their religion. Israeli passport holders or holders of passports that have Israeli arrival/departure stamps are still barred.[30][31]
They have no way of telling who is Jewish unless they use an Israeli stamp on the passport. They do not want Jews there.
It does not matter if not all support this. All that matters who has the power and what is happening. That is the bottom line.
You got it backwards. Those who have the power are the ones who currently allow non-Israeli Jews to visit. If you put it to a general vote of the public, 90% chance they would vote to ban all Jews, not just Israelis.
Like I said, Jews are not banned from Saudi Arabia.
They have no way of telling who is Jewish unless they use an Israeli stamp on the passport.
Having an Israeli stamp on your passport doesn't mean you're Jewish. They don't want anyone who has visited Israel entering their country, regardless of their religion, for the obvious reason that they hate Israel.
& they do have a way of telling you're Jewish. They ask your religion on your visa application.
So you believe what the Saudis say? Right it was just a mistake.
People can easily lie on the application anyway.
Do you have any proof that Jews are allowed there?

Thanks
If a Jew lied about his religion on his application, that was his choice. It's their only way of telling whether one is Jewish, unless you are a Middle Eastern Jew with your religion on your passport. Israelis aren't welcome no matter what religion they are.
Do you have any proof that Jews are allowed there?
Yes. I've been there. So has he. So have Bahrayni Jews who cross the Fahd bridge to shop. It's cheap. Here are other people asking the same question.
Uh, OK no reason for the attitude.
Either way the Saudis are probably the most intolerant people out there.
Gee how nice of them to allow non-Israeli Jews in.
Are you actually defending the barbaric Saudi Royal Family?
Fork,
That attitude comment was a meant for someone else. I had three browers open at once and it has been a long day. Lol!!
Sorry.
The attitude is because of your “you believe what the Saudis say” attitude & now your “you defend Saudis” attitude.
Jews are allowed into that country. No Israeli of any religion is. Your information is some years out of date. That’s all it means. That’s not a comment on the Saudi family’s morality, kindness, manners, or good bloodline.
& for the record, I am not against them banning whoever they want from their country. Israel should take a hint from them before another Palestinian drives a bulldozer into a crowd of Jews.
All is cool. Israel should follow them in a way. They should not allow another Palestinian into Israel.
See ya on the next one.
