The respective Secretaries of State will be ordering their electors to not attend the electoral college to vote. Scotus may have an application of Cert. Pet.from the Electoral College itself.
***That is one of the split-the-baby scenarios that I’ve been postulating might arise from a supreme court decision. It’s like a judge giving instructions to a jury — the supremes might give instructions to the EC’s that it is demonstrated Mr. Obama “may” not meet the eligibility requirements under the constitution. In this way the supremes get to say they did their job, and if Obama still gets elected (very highly likely) they’ll say the EC’s didn’t do their job. Since there is no constitutional provision for the EC’s not doing their job properly, Obama will be president.
Well he won't be 50% of the populations president. That will indeed be interesting, don't you think?
Thats a lot of people refusing to obey Obama's executive orders and laws he has unlawfully signed into effect.
