Looks like Barry screwed up.

Unfortunately none of this matters. Foreign-born; foreign-financed. Nevertheless: our next president.

This doesn't necessarily mean anything.Yes,under British/Kenyan law in effect at the time Hussein might have been a British subject/citizen from birth but even if this is the case it doesn't necessarily mean that he wasn't *also* a US citizen from birth.

British citizens can hold dual citizenship...
I hold UK/Canadian citizenship because of this...

This is really stupid. Barak's father was a legal resident of Hawaii. That made both Barak Sr. and Jr. subject to the jurisdiction of the US. Whether Barak Sr. was a US citizen or not is immaterial.

This is the core issue before the Supreme Court of the United States. And it appears, that on that particular "core case", the Supreme Court will deny cert. They issued two certs based on today's conferances, this was not one of them. It's not final, but it's also not looking good.
Well I think Keyes and the various Electors, have a better case for peeking at the real Birth Certificate anyway.

(Berg is a liberal democrat. Keyes is a conservative. Obama is bringing us together already!)
