Let's pray this case doesn't just hit the marble wall, today.
Submitted for your perusal and you probably have cousins.
Well, here it is in fuller form. And it should be showing up in a handful of other places.
Hope it helps to shed some light over, around, and maybe even through the Iron Media Curtin. I hear Donofrio is doing some good PR with reporters willing to get an honest scoop.
hat tip shout out ping down to you two

While It would be wonderful if this were to work;
Even if there is some “there; there” I seriously doubt that it would stop 0bama from ‘ascending to his throne’
Even if it could be proven that 0Bama has British and/or Kenyan citizenship by birth, and/or Indonesian citizenship by choice and adoption, I just can’t believe that any ‘authority’ will actually prevent him from being sworn in as President.
The majority didn’t care that he was an anti-American, Gramsican Marxist. Why would they care that he is kind of ineligible because of where he was ‘hatched’?
And who is left in authority that has the ‘testicles’ to enforce the law against him?
Let's 'HOPE' I'm wrong for a 'CHANGE'
.
I hear a rooster.. before the sun.
Goodmorning to Animal Farm!
It's my understanding that military bases, like embassies, are the sovereign territory of the nation they represent.
IOW, McCain is an American citizen born on American soil, and most certainly qualified....
We have yet to find out where Zero was born, or even IF he is a citizen at all....
Bada Ping
I'll be rushing home after work today to catch up on the (hopefully) good news.
Well, I think there is that certain (brilliant) Justice that Obama said wasn't qualified to have been appointed. And hopefully, there is Scalia.
And if each of them would choose to wrestle either Roberts or Alito, that's all the votes they need for today.
The problem is that McCain was born at a hospital off-base.
Personally, I think the SC could declare all three of them to have been non-natural born and thus, after defining exactly what natural born citizen means, could have the EC vote on other candidates put forth by their respective parties or the state that controls the electors.
Yeah, but they have no enforcement powers. They can only hand down opinions.
You are right, there is no reason to put “hope” in the American courts or their judges, juries, or citizens. They are mostly inept and politically-motivated toward the socialist view.
Enforcement is supposed to be with GWB, but he is MIA, as Ramos and Compean testify.
Beasts of England,Beasts of Ireland,
Beasts of every land and clime,
Hearken to my joyful tidings
Of the Golden future time.
Generally not. In most cases the military does not own the land the base is on. They're generally there by treaty with the land provided by the host country, often sharing the base with the local military, and on rare cases on land leased from the host, e.g. Gitmo. So the property is not considered U.S. territory for purposes of granting natural born citizenship status. That status results, in almost all cases, from the citizenship of the parents.
In any case, McCain was born in a civilian hospital in Colon and not on a naval base. But he is a natural born citizen because both his parents were U.S. citizens. Donofrio is twisting the definition of natural born citizen in ways the founders would never have agreed with.
Even if the Supreme Court had a unanimous decision that 0bama was not Constitutionally qualified to be President, who would actually enforce it? Certainly no one from the Bush Justice Department. There might be a few U.S Marshall's that would be be willing, but their bosses sure wouldn't. Joe Arpaio would have the guts, but D.C. is kind of out of his jurisdiction.
Bush himself? Declare martial law and demand a new election? Hardly. He's already got his bags packed and can't wait to get the heck out of office.
Congress intervene? HA! Not this Congress or the next one. Maybe a dozen of them would make some noises about it, but they would not follow through.
Indeed.
I was typing much the same as you were clicking the “Post” button.
Isn't that contradictory? First they claim he's a British citizen then they say his U.S. citizenship would have been revoked by his living in Indonesia.
Where did he get the U.S. citizenship to have been revoked by Indonesia?
