So far there is zero positive evidence that Obama is not a natural born citizen. The networks and talk radio are keeping silent on this because this story is yet to rise above the level of an internet propagated conspiracy theory.
When the story deserves coverage it will get it. If the SC decides to hear the case Dec 5th, it will be in the news.

Even the U.S. Supreme Court has found merit in at least one of the pending lawsuits, and that case is scheduled to be heard Friday, December 5, 2008, yet not one so called media outlet (not even the revered “fair and balanced” FOX news channel) has informed the American public that this reality exists, and many Americans have no clue that the mere question has been posed.
Probably because the case is not going to be heard by the Supreme Court on December 5th. The Justices have a regularly scheduled conference where they will choose cases to be reviewed. Donofrio is merely on the list for a vote. There is no guarantee the whole court will take it up.
I am really going to enjoy seeing how the libs point the finger at the republicans on this failure of the media.
