I used to say that Islam is the scourge of civilized man. Actually, its orders of magnitude worse.

“Three killed in Assam train blast”
By Subir Bhaumik
BBC News, Calcutta
ARTICLE SNIPPET: “A bomb has exploded in a passenger train in India’s north-eastern state of Assam, killing at least three people.
Assam police chief GM Srivastava told the BBC that 23 other passengers had been injured, some of them seriously.
The train was travelling from Lumding railway station in Lower Assam to Tinsukia in Upper Assam.
The blast took place when the train has halted at the Diphu station in the hill district of Karbi Anglong for a scheduled stop.
Assam has a number of insurgent groups and these groups have a history of attacking the railways as they provide an easy target.”
IIrc, there was speculation that another 5 terrorists got away. If the explosion used RDX, which the terrorists seemed to have plenty of, there may be a connection.
I just saw a BBC production called Britz. There is one scene in which the iman explains the Quranic “Covenant of Security”, in which a Muslim who has gotten refuge in a non Muslim land(in this case, the UK) is not supposed to stage attacks on it. After saying that, the Iman states that it would be fine if other Muslims staged the attacks. He goes on to say that those Muslims born in Britain did not ask to be born there, and thus had no constraints about waging jihad.
Towards the end of this two part show, the female protagonist gives a speech justifying their terrorism, claiming there are no innocents, and a litany of Muslim complaints and false assertions, including Muslim opinion polls in the UK. Funny that a BBC production had no British polls on the subject.
The bottom line of all this is that a great many adherents of TROP feel they have the right to slaughter, inn the worst ways possible, non Muslims.
We must not falter, but prevail against such an evil adversary.
