I would think that if there were nothing to the story, the mainstream media could use the birth certificate/Indonesian upbringing issues to demonstrate how “unhinged” the right has become.

The fact that they are not doing so may indicate that they are not 100% sure that the issue is a non-starter.

If it was not a non-starter, Obama would have produced a birth certificate, instead of racking of $100Ks in legal fees.

Hmmm, let’s see: (1) $12 fee to the clerk of Hawaii and putting nasty rumors to rest or (2) spending a couple of million and creating nasty rumors?

It’s a no-brainer, unless there is something to hide.

I'm pretty sure the MSM know it's a "starter" and they are avoiding it at all cost. If they ignore it, they can keep it as fringe. If they thought there was nothing to it, they'd be mocking us for being lunatics.

Rush, Hannity, etal either have gotten word from above to keep quiet or they are frightened to death of the Fairness Doctrine, or both. Too bad they put their careers above country.

The GOP may be keeping quiet because they know McCain would also be disqualified. Somehow I think if McCain had been elected, there would be just as many suits to disqualify him.

They are 100% sure this is indeed a starter.

And the press's failure speaks volumes about how a free people can become traduced by using their own social "kindness" against them. We will have a dictatorship, for if Obama is not bound by this part of the US Constitution, he will NOT be bound by ANY of it.

And those who brought this about will CONTINUE TO BRING IT ABOUT in other areas of the Constitution, like say the 2nd amendment.

There is a lot more at stake than most people realize.

If this initiative fails, the nation will be ruled by executive order and fiat from the office of the president. And none will dare challenge him, not even the Supreme Court.

The nation's checks and balances will have failed, and disorder, and eventually civil war will be the result.

I reject Obama and his coup , and his planned dictatorship, which he has already commenced from the so called "Office of the President Elect." Notice that office is not mentioned in the Constitution anywhere?

Can you say the word " Coup" slowly and significantly so it can sink in?
