Uh, no chance in Hell. The Supreme Court cannot amend the Constitution, and that is exacty what it would take for this to ever happen.

Correct. If this issue is not settled before Hussein is sworn in, Barry will be subject to criminal charges...on a number of laws.

As a side note, thank you Polarik for your expertise in helping to expose this fraud.

Unfortunately, the SCOTUS has in fact amended the Constitution by its decisions quite a number of times during the past 100 years without explicitly stating so. The net result has been an ever growing and powerful government and ever diminishing civil liberties for the private citzen and the private sector.
