Faux News-Obama has reverted right back to their main stock in trade: dead blondes and white Broncos.
I kind of believe this story. At the end, he seems to have gotten cold feet about incriminating his father and others and backed out. There should be some evidence to pursue, based on his statements. Of course, he could be lying, I don’t know.
Not even bothering to listen but yes- the ONLY time I listened to & watched a full Dr. Phil show was when i was stuck alon on Thanksgiving and I think it was 2006 (how long this thing been going? well maybe it was just last T day) and it was very clear to me she was a white sex slave. Very clear. Parents were on set with super-pro private investigaters who were on the chase and were convinced.
I recall NY city or state detective (on own or maybe under legal badge-can’t recall) had traced same.
He was calling in via phone. He thought he had her placed in one sunptuous walled compound in some jerkwater place south of US but north of SA continent. He closed in to see blonde matching her descript being hurried into helicopter and flown off.
The special PI’s on set and the NY badge (who may have been working on his own) all spoke to how its next to impossible as law enforcement is paid off everywhere on this (and I’ll add here in US- Johnny Gosch case believers know this VERY well).
It was a very chilling hour watching this. Whole audience, whole set was very quiet. seeemd mother was convinced, had gotten ONE short phone call from daughter whom mother was sure was indeed her daughter. I get chills thinking of it now.
If he wolud just do the same to Greta, I might start respecting the schmuck. God I hate Greta and the other witches on cable that do “police blotter” shows.
He doesn’t seem very smart. I don’t think he’ll be around very long.

After watching the interview twice, I think he has been trained to look people in the eye, so he looks credible. This is the 3rd or 4th story he has told, all of them being different. I can’t tell which is true. I can, however, determine that he was involved, by his own admission...so why is he free? If he sold her, he should be charged with human trafficking and thrown in the slammer.
If he sold her, does he still have the receipt ?
The interesting part of this story is that just when you think that van der Sloot got away with killing her, he gets caught on tape trying to buy Thai girls for resale in Holland. Next thing you know he’s there telling Greta that he sold Natalee to some creep who sailed away with her, that his father bribed two policemen to shut up, and that the kidnapper paid more hush money a few months ago. He also implicated his high school teacher who knew and kept quiet early when the trail for Natalee was still hot and they might have gone after her. This is getting a crime story of the proportions of the Leopold and Loeb thrill killings. The problem is that the Aruba law enforcement authorities are a pathetic joke. Unless the Dutch step in big-time nothing is going to be investigated. Then you might have her alive or by now dead in Venezuela and I am sure Chavez is not going to help. I give Greta credit for a great piece of journalism, getting van der Sloot on camera after all she’s said about him. He attacked Peter de Vries of Holland, who’s also been on this like a bird dog all along and got that tape in Thailand. You wonder how a privileged kid like van der Sloop, son of a judge, could fall so low so fast.
Remember kids, never admit anything. The confession is what does Police Officers’ jobs for them.

I did not see this and have not even thought of this name in a long time. My question is after all this time why would he do an interview? It is not like people were on the news slamming him everyday. I would hope he is not dumb enough to want another 15 minutes of fame. He should have lived his life quietly especailly if he is involved in any way. He must be mildly retarted or something.
She could be in some brothel in Venezuela.

It’s an attempt to cloud the suspicion around Joran from murder to kidnapping. He’s painted himself into corner.
I don’t blame Greta for investigating till the end. She’s doing a great service by increasing the awareness of all the issues surrounding this crime.
Then send John McCain to find her.
Seems that judges in Aruba aren't that high up in any respect.
If she has access to a phone which I doubt she would have if she were sold into slavery.
