And once again,, Hucks foreign policy experience was?? Mitts foreign policy experience, was,, the olympics and being a missionary after high school?? By this standard a well-traveled person becomes a foreign policy wonk?

Bullcrap. Sarah is just fine. And the problem with foreign policy “experience” isnt that they don’t know enough about the bizzare demands of funny foreigners, It’s that the American isnt a true believer in OUR system and nation.

Its amazing the standards people demand Sarah meet that nobody else has to.

Foreign policy is a vital part of the job but it also is the easiest. Either Palin or Obama could learn all they would need to know in a series of briefings prior to inauguration, plus hiring a few qualified advisors. Ronald Reagan was a master at it. Bush did an excellent job as well for four years, until he started channeling Woodrow Wilson for his second Inaugural.

The problem has been presidents (Carter, Clinton) who forgot which side they were on, and what the national interest was (Clinton, Bush41, Bush 43 pt. 2).

>>>Mitts foreign policy experience

He has traveled quite extensively over the globe for years in the business world. He has quite a bit of experience in that realm.

As for dealing with the possiblity of war with foreign nations, which is probably what you are really getting at, he follows his Dad's and Reagan's philosophy. "You can't a superpower military without a superpower economy". His dad George was responsible for the conversion of domestic automobile plants to manufacturing planes, tanks and bombs over 1/5th of the wartime material used in WWII. With our manufacturing plants about to go under it doesn't matter if we have a Hawk in the White House if there are no plants to build the tanks. During his time as Gov. of Mass. he also did quite a bit for upping National Gaurd and Veterans benefits.
