I wonder what happened to the whole site.

Now he is filing an allegation of judicial misconduct directed at the appellate judge. That new site is hard on my eyes.

He needs to do something about that clerk and his shenanigans.

“I Don’t Give Out My Name” - U.S. Supreme Court I placed a call to the U.S. Supreme Court to the Public Information office today to ask three questions in regard to Leo Donofrio’s lawsuit which is going before ‘conference’ with all nine Justices on December 5th, 2008 in a rare and unexpected move by Judge Clarence Thomas. The following is what I ask over the phone, and what I received from the person who works in the Public Information Office of the Supreme Court. The case is being hushed up. In my opinion a media black out has been ordered by the Supreme Court PIO after spending most of their day yesterday in meetings which is rare for a Public Information Office. The nature of Leo Donofrio’s lawsuit is without question explosive. And the political carriers of some ‘lower court‘ Judges will hang in the balance of the ruling decision by counsel. Pay very close attention to this case. The questions I ask over the phone could not return a simple response from the Supreme Courts PIO. They want to get back to me today in a phone call with an answer that will have been very well thought out, and worded as to not cause a stir in the so called ‘main stream media’. Remember, we are the main stream media! Thats why you heard this story here first.
