He has a Ceritificate of Live Birth issued by the state of Hawaii. That certificate would show the child was born in another country to a citizen of the U.S. and a citizen of Hawaii. And all of this may be why Obama will not release the vault copy of his COLB.

Look, it is nothing but a theory but why would someone who is in his position not produce the vault copy? Why?

Why would he have a Certificate of Live Birth in Hawaii if he was not born in Hawaii?

If he were born in Kenya, the U.S Embassy and State Department would have a record of that birth.

As I said earlier, I was born outside the U.S and have a birth certificate from the Embassy. And even though I was born outside the U.S. I am a natural born citizen.
