This arises out of the Elian Gonzalez mess back in the Clinton years when the boy was forcibly removed from his home at gunpoint by federal agents. Then Deputy Attorney General Eric Holder flatly denied in an interview with Fox News that the child was taken at gunpoint. Judge Andrew Napolitano nails him.

Holder said that Elian wasn't taken at the point of a gun. The DNCmedia will quote him on it. Thus, it will be the new reality.
Picture? They just won't show it. They can always write that "Some say" it was photoshopped and the clueless Obama fans will believe that.
I do hope that the wimpy Republicans will bring it up at his confirmation hearings.

Eric Holder and his fellow lowlifes actually used that idea as a pretext to draw up a warrant to get Elian.
And of course Janet Reno wanted the trauma of TV cameras removed from the kid’s life.
