Holmes wore navy ribbon booties from Bruno Frisoni as she headed to a performance last week.

Doesn’t seem to be practical footwear. The temperature will be below zero for the rest of the week, as it has been nearly evey day since the first of October, so the open toe would at least allow viewing of the toes as they freeze solid. The spike might provide some grip on the ice.
