Looking at your list, there are a few inexpensive additions you might want to consider:
Canned pumpkin for Vitamin A.
Seaweed (Walmart has cheap seaweed sheets.)
Garlic powder and other herbs would add various health benefits to your diet.
Vitamin C crystals.
Water.
Brandy fruit cake. (Never underestimate the value of good, dark fruit cake preserved with brandy.)

I need to get more of the 18 gallon rubbermade containers.
ALready have 80-100 gallons of water stored, most potable. Anytime I empty a plastic container from something (detergent, gatorade, anything), I rinse it good and fill it.

Lots of salt. Yeast. Lard.
Beef jerky. Dried fruits & veggies. That drier was the best investment I’ve made. That & the bread maker.
