There is simply no explanation for this kind of intolerance. For a group of people who claim to be fighting to expand their rights, they sure are willing to strip conservatives of theirs.
There is a brief ad bumper at the beginning of the video. Courtesy KPSP CBS 2 Palm Springs.

I'd really like to say that this is unbelievable but such is the nature of Left-wing politics these days. And not only that, after witnessing this old woman being pushed around and her cross ripped from her, tossed to the and stomped on by gay rights supporters, the anchorman proclaims that there's a lot of hate "on both sides" of this issue. Incredible, but entirely believable these days.
I heard of one story where a group was protesting the passage of Prop 8 outside a church service and a couple of members of that church came outside and served the protestors water and brownies. The protestors were stunned and weren't sure how to react. I hope that story is true!

So, I doubt it was just me, but I'm 100% against gay marriage, homosexuality is an abomination in God's eyes, accepting it is a definite coarsening of our culture, and I have no interest in finding out what other people do in their bedrooms.
That is until that last queer held the No On 8 sign in front of the camera. Totally changed my mind and I'm so glad that he did it. I'm sure his efforts convinced a lot of people to join their side.

I totally agree. It’s funny, I never truly understood their point of view till they terrorized that elderly woman. Now I completely see their side clearly. It’s just about simple, decent human rights. Wow.

Angry queens acting out a collective temper-tantrum on a little old lady. How low can they go?

This is nothing less than a hate crime.
Hope they were arrested.

Iraqi Gay Leader Gunned Down; Militia Killings Continue...
Friday Sep 26, 2008
In America, the media is rife with assurances that stability has increased in Iraq. In Iraq, for gays and lesbians at least, times have never been worse, a fact that was underscored by the assassination of a GLBT leader, most likely by a religious militia...
..."This morning, I received news from Iraq that the coordinator of Iraqi LGBT in Baghdad, Bashar, aged 27, a university student, has been assassinated in a barber shop.
"Militias burst in and sprayed his body with bullets at point blank range."
..."He was the organizer of the safe houses for gays and lesbians in Baghdad. His efforts saved the lives of dozens of people."
As reported in earlier articles in the gay press, ... religiously motivated militias in Iraq have been scouring the country for gays and lesbians--and eradicating them...
