In our state, this Roger Calero, Criminal Alien Presidential Candidate, columned with a senatorial and congressional candidate. Those are national offices. Wouldn’t they have standing in this case against NJ Secretary of State Nina Wells?

Mr. Danny Bickell, stay clerk of the US Supreme Court, has finally corrected the Docket for US Supreme Court Case No. 08A407, Donofrio v. Wells, to reflect that this case has come to the US Supreme Court directly from a final order denying emergency relief by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Having this case properly docketed is a major procedural necessity to the case having proper standing to be decided in the US Supreme Court.
Thanks to all who made a stand to see that this Docket was corrected.

This whole thing stinks! I hope they get my letters, but at this point I wouldn’t put anything past the little pond scum.

It isn’t the poster’s blog. The “blog” in question belongs to an attorney suing the NJ Sec of State.
Some people here are unreal. Leo has not asked for a penny. He is doing it out of his pocket. He just wants people to get the word out. Posting his web site is not advertising.
I do not post here or come to FR to waste time or read silly posts about nothing. We have to get motivated. The USA has become totally corrupt. Leo C. Donofrio is one of the good guys fighting for us. I think Berg is too. We are up against thugs and criminals. We have to fight back.
