This is like a Grisham novel. A tangential but delicious point -- it may very well be in Clarence Thomas's hands. When the Mansourian plant was asked on Pastor Rick Warren's Saddleback Political Forum, who he would not have nominated for Supreme Court Justice, Obama said "Clarence Thomas". He then went on to denigrate Thomas's intellect ("not a strong enough legal thinker or intellect"). The plant is not fit to wipe Thomas's boots. I hope the plant is sweating. Bwahhaahahahahahaha. BTW, I found Obama's racism against Thomas (he calls everyone against him a racist so why can't I do the same?) appalling. John Bolton, the intellectual's intellectual, has called Clarence Thomas "an outstanding Supreme Court Justice".

Yes, mine is a tiny bit higher than yours, but both show that the top edge of the seal is below the top of the circle which is expected. The paper is folded up towards the camera so top fifth (roughly) of the seal is vertically compressed. I think we can safely say that is a real photo of a real seal on real paper. It still raises lots of questions: did the seal get applied in Hawaii? Did someone unauthorized apply it? Did someone steal and sell a seal? Did someone fabricate their own seal?
This is why this can't grow legs. The fear of what the blacks would do. Black mail overiding the constitution in the form of racism.
The seal in your top photo is identical to the DeCosta seal which dates from 2002, not 2007. The main difference is the size of the dots between the two phrases. The dots are much larger in the old seal. The lettering and the placement of the letters were changed as well.

Well, if this is passed and becomes law, and if the supposition is right that he does not have a vault copy BC, then he won’t be running in four years. Some small comfort.
Seems like other states should pick up on this.
After what the Democrats did to Clarence Thomas during his confirmation hearings, he does not owe them anything [i.e. dropping this matter].
He said as much in the book that was published a year or so ago.
