Those actions will not have any effect since the institution which decides qualifications is Congress in joint session. Read the Constitution and the law relevant to State certifications of their electoral votes.

There is no role for a court in it from anything I have seen.

Your statement indeed indicates that neither Berg nor you understand the process. This last election is not the election which matters unlike the vote of the electors.

You fail to grasp the basic concept that violations of the Constitution are ALL the citizens business.

That is why people win lawsuits for civil rights violations all the time.

That is why people can sue the government for infringing on free speech, for violations of their 2nd Amendment rights, for violation of the 4th amendment, etc etc.

You can pretend all you want, but the citizens have standing to challenge when the constitution is violated.
