It is not going to happen-—he’s a liberal and rules do not apply.
Mr. Berg’s case, Berg vs. Obama was dismissed from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, Docket # 08-cv-4083 for lack of standing. Mr. Berg filed a Writ of Certiorari for review of the case and an injunction to stay the election pending review. Justice Souter denied the injunction. It is expected that the Court will decide whether or not to review Berg v. Obama after the Defendants file their response, and Mr. Berg has replied to the Defendant’s response.
The Defendants’ response is due by December 1st and Mr. Berg’s reply will be submitted thereafter.
The US Supreme court doesn’t take being brushed off lightly.
I suggest Justices Souter and Roberts begin interviewing U.S.Marshals to find a dozen or so who would not have problems arresting the Usurper and Thief.

2) had the republicans won the election, a zillion lawsuits questioning the election process would have had ALL THE STANDING IN THE WORLD, in any court in this land. But if the unwashed masses want to see the COLB.

I don’t see any arrests in his future but I guarantee the democrats would manage to get rid of him in a hurry if they smell trouble. I could see him going overseas and failing to return.
One thing is clear, the democrats won’t waste any time blaming the republicans and that’s some blame I’ll happily accept as long as we know the constitution is upheld.
If this were any other man, and any other election that has blown my mind at the things “allowed”, I would agree with you.

What if Obama has an innauguration party and no one came? In other words, if he ignores the Dec. 1 deadline and the Supremes, what if the Chief Justice refuses to swear him in until he answers? Could this happen?
Sadly, with the best legal defense money can buy and the full power of the left at his disposal, the “Defendant’s response” will probably continue to be that Berg has no standing and, with agreement from the majority of the Court, the Berg case will then reach the end of the judicial road. The ultimate question is... Just exactly who, if anyone, does have “standing”?
Amazing, lack of standing? He’s a U.S. Citizen, that’s all the standing he needs to bring up a constitutional issue. Appeal and move the case to a court that understands America.

A dream scenerio. Justice Roberts, take notice and act accordingly.
Who would have standing: An employee of a State Board of Election who accepted Obama’s candidacy papers; a delegate to the Democratic National Convention; a person who donated money to the Obama campaign. Probably many others.

I don’t get it, if Hawaii had it, they would have no reason not to release it. Its not right for the government to hold his record back from the public. Americans (should) have the right to know for sure whether or not our president-elect is in this aspect a fraud.
If anything ever came of this the media would convince the sheeple that he got screwed and it would blow back on the Republicans. I’m certain for at aleast 2 news cycles all people would hear about is the Gov of Hawaii being BFF with Palin. It would quickly be portrayed as a racist conspiracy.
What rule says he has to show it to you just because you want to see it?
Obama has until December 1st to respond to Berg's suit. It isn't a order by the court to produce a birth certificate. Obama's legal team will no doubt file a response that is almost identical to the one they filed in the lower court.
