Actually, this is not the issue. The issue is BHO was adopted by an Indonesian and upon that adoption his US citizenship was no more. When he returned to the US...he should have become a naturalized citizen....which makes him ineligible to run for President. [In Indonesia you can’t have a dual citizenship...from what I understand.]

Read Berg’s Petition For Writ of Certiorari - it spells out clearly all of the issues.

But you can have dual US citizenship and your parents can't take it away from you as a minor. In order to lose your American citizenship, you must take an overt action to do so, i.e., (1) appear in person before a U.S. consular or diplomatic officer, (2)in a foreign country (normally at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate); (3)and sign an oath of renunciation.

Dual Nationality

RENUNCIATION FOR MINOR CHILDREN: Parents cannot renounce U.S. citizenship on behalf of their minor children. Before an oath of renunciation will be administered under Section 349(a)(5) of the INA, a person under the age of eighteen must convince a U.S. diplomatic or consular officer that he/she fully understands the nature and consequences of the oath of renunciation, is not subject to duress or undue influence, and is voluntarily seeking to renounce his/her U.S. citizenship.

That argument is invalid. If Zero was a natural born citizen no nation can strip him of it and he was not of age to renounce it. The Virginia court decision addressed this pretty convincingly.
