This is interesting. Souter tells Obama to produce the vault copy by December 1, 2008. I believe the messiah will defy the Justices.
Who will force the issue? Who wants to open up that pandora's box? Imagine if there is something on that birth certificate that disqualifies Obama from the office of the President. What are you going to do? Start a civil war? There will be blood in the streets you try to enforce the rule of law. This should have happened before the election. Obambi knows it too.

At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter's Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Obama, that his petition for an injunction to stay the November 4th election was denied, but the Clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by December 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.
If Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the Justices, who are unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.
"I can see a unanimous Court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate," says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. "They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution. Even the most liberal justices, however loathe they may to do this, still consider themselves guardians of the Constitution. The Court is very jealous of its power - even over presidents, even over presidents-elect."
Also remember that on December 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined that Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the Electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.

Thank you for the info, Jet Jaguar. Apparently, it is time to flood Rush, Beck, Hannity, and everyone else with the message that it is time for them to stand up for America on the issue of Obama’s lack of a birth certificate. The sooner, the better.

Good point, Doug TX. It is highly possible that the advertisers told them to ignore this issue. And that is a question I would ask Rush, Hannity, et al. If that IS the case, then Rush, Hannity, et al, have become part of the problem not the solution!
Yea, Richardson is an idiot alright, but no one claims that someone is an “immigrant” unless there was some reason to even think such a thing. As for Richardson’s history...I don’t know much, but your comments do give me pause and I will do a bit of searching about that man’s own history.

Because I am trying to figure out how it all fits with the laundry list of promises made the first official selection is Raham for Chief of Staff. He is saying that Obama’s actions are “thuggish”, and that the term does not apply to any other aspect of Obama, specifically his race. Why did you not paste the part where rush explained the origins of the word “thug”? It doesn’t really matter that you won’t listen again, because you didn’t listen the first time.

What a bunch of hypocrites!! They have blasted the airwaves with their “we believe in the Constitution”, they have warned us about Obama’s agenda, and have encouraged us to not falter, don’t give up...and yet these two (and others apparently) refuse to stand up for America by demanding that Americans have the right to know if a candidate is even eligible to hold the office of president?!

Fear, that’s all it is. At least they could mention it as a possibility. But on the Rush thread today (I think “Rush in a Hurry”) he said that he doesn’t care where Obama was born. To me, that’s sick. He’s saying he doesn’t care of Hussein is disqualified under the Constitution.
Subtracting Alabama would take off 9 leaving 263 guaranteed electoral votes
