Read the 20th Amendment to the Constitution, beginning at the words, "If the President elect shall have failed to qualify."

It says if Barry shall have failed to qualify, we get Joe Plugs as acting president until a president qualifies. Wonder if that means that the electors get back together and vote for someone else for president? That could get interesting pretty quick. Can you say President Hillary?
