As for disqualification, the US Constitution is the supreme law. What’s to argue with that?

Why wouldn’t this fall under the freedom of information act? I mean the guy who he beat for his Senate seat, Ryan, has his divorce records sealed, but that didn’t stop Obama. I don’t see why this is so hard.
