Sure there is. It was done in 1861 and may have to be done again if a Kenyan or Indonesian citizen defrauds his way to the White House.

Other than Jefferson Davis and the Confederacy in 1861...

Lincoln won fair and square in 1860 and was not replaced in 1861 for being either younger than 35 (he was 51) or not a natural born American citizen...

I believe Kentucky was already a state (1792) when Lincoln was born there in 1809..

So what did you mean ?????
