Apparently the Governor of Hawaii has sealed Obama's birth certificate records. Why? Why seal the records? What is Obama afraid of?
Atlas reader Rudy emailed both the University of Washington and the University of Hawaii, and they sent him back dates of enrollment. It didn't match the dates Wikipedia had for Stanley Ann Dunham. Bob tried to update Wikipedia and his updates got deleted within minutes. The big question is how was Ann having Barack in Honolulu in Aug 1961 AND enrolled at the U of Washington the same month?

You seem to believe that foreign law might have something to do with what the US determines to be its citizenship laws. If you say that the Italian law saying someone four generations removed from being born in Italy is still an Italian citizen, and that might make an American-born child of American-born parents and grandparents not be eligible to be a President, what is so much different from any other country unilaterally declaring someone to be a citizen and equally obfuscating their eligibility?

If Ann flew BOAC that particular flight from Kenya landed in Vancouver, B.C. and believe me when I say that customs between Canada and the U.S. in the 60’s was incredibly lax! Driving across the border in a car the officer asked to see some I.D. of the driver (sometimes) but never asked for I.D. for passengers. There were no records kept at that time. Ann could have phoned her mother’s friend to come up and get her then they could have driven across the border with nary an eyebrow raised by the Customs officers.
How can this be??? I found loads of my family by this.

I am still waiting for someone to explain how a birth announcement was placed in the Hawaii newspaper within a few days of birth.
Back in the day all one had to do was call it in. I did for my son in the 70’s.
