There is no such thing as "Gestapo boots". If they want to insinuate Nazi/Prussian officer boots, they just might do so. The Gestapo (Secret State police) wore civilian clothes on "duty", and uniforms of their party organisation when in office/off-duty.

Regardless of that riding boots are not "Nazi" and were worn by all Armies throughout the 19th and 20th century.
