I simply don’t understand how anyone who claims to even be a moderate Republican can vote for Obama. Forget all the issues except economic policy and you have to be either completely out of touch or a socialist to support him. He will raise taxes, take money from productive people and give it to non productive people, and increase the level of government intrusion into peoples every day life beyond anything we have ever known. Just his comment about “spreading the wealth around” should frighten everyone.

I had an interesting conversation with a registered “independent” while waiting for my pound of smoked turkey in the deli line about an hour ago. She explained to me why she was voting for Obama, I explained to her why I was not. I talked about his radical views and friends. I also explained to her my major problem with the Democrats always trying to “help” me because they obviously think every black person is too stupid to make it on their own. Her eyes got big. I don’t think she was expecting that. I shook her hand after we spoke and said “nice meeting you fellow voter” I don’t think I changed her mind.

I don’t either. They are entitled to their opinions, but you have to wonder what their motivations are to publicly endorse a liar
